5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery services across Pakistan.

Fake or prank orders may result in permanent blocking from future purchases.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time usually ranges from 3–7 working days depending on your location.

Delivery delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier-related issues.

7. Return & Exchange

Products can only be exchanged if:

  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Product arrived damaged

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with proper proof/images.

Used products or customer-damaged items are not eligible for exchange.
